A page in this category contains material that someone suspects may be copyrighted and not used according to fair use provisions. Under the assumption of good faith, we assume that the alleged violation was a simple oversight. However, it still needs to be addressed.
A suspected copyright violation is indicated using the template:
When you use this template, please send an MOI to the page's creator. The creator is then encouraged to offer evidence that the material is either free content or used according to fair use provisions. This evidence can either go on the page itself or on its talk page. If such evidence cannot be found within 4-7 days, then an administrator will review the page and take an appropriate action. This may mean deleting either the entire page or its copyrighted portion(s).
